By booking any hike, walk, event, experience, course, or activity with Mountains to the Sea, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All activities are subject to weather and safety conditions. Your safety is always our top priority. In the event of severe or unsafe conditions (including but not limited to storms, high winds, flooding, extreme heat, snow, ice, or any other conditions deemed unsafe), activities may be postponed, altered, or cancelled at our discretion.
If we cancel or postpone an activity due to weather, safety concerns, minimum group numbers, guide availability, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to:

We will always aim to notify you as early as possible of any changes.
For all bookings:
If you are unable to attend due to illness or exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a transfer or credit note at our discretion.
Failure to attend a booked activity without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or credit will be issued.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit, medically able, and appropriately equipped for the activity you are joining. If you are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you, please contact us before booking.
Participants are expected to follow the instructions of guides and leaders at all times. We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove anyone whose behaviour may put themselves or others at risk.
Outdoor and adventure activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Mountains to the Sea, its guides, staff, and associates will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense incurred during or as a result of participation in any activity, except where required by law.
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and equipment during all activities. Mountains to the Sea accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during activities for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of these images unless you inform us otherwise before the activity begins.
